Photos Raise Big Questions for New Orleans' Mayor and Louisiana's Governor

Here is a composite photo showing the location of buses and clear freeways that could have been used to evacuate people before the levees broke but weren't. There was still plenty of tranportation and means of access to both the Convention Center and the Superdome after the flooding as well. Why weren't they used? (click photos to enlarge them)

Today's news adds that the Salvation Army, along with the Red Cross, was also prohibited from entering New Orleans with emergency aid by the Louisiana Homeland Security Department. Even more questions for you, Mrs. Governor....
