A Thought About the Israel-Hezbollah Cease-Fire and Disarmament

What I think (and I could be wrong!):

Question #1: If Israel disarmed what would happen?
Answer: Israel would be invaded by Hezbollah from Lebanon and by Hamas and Fatah frin the West Bank and Gaza. The slaughter of civilians would be immediate and brutal and would continue until either Israel was destroyed or the international community intervened on Israel's behalf.

Question #2: If Hezbollah, Hamas and Fatah completely disarmed southern Lebanon, the West Bank and Gaza (including an end to suicide bombings?
Answer: Israel would withdraw all forces from Lebanon, Gaza and the West Bank (with the possible exception of East Jerusalem and adjacent settlements) and accept the formation of an independent Palestine.

Does anyone have a different opinion?
