Hugh Hewitt Writes a Little Poem

Hugh Hewitt posted a little poem on his site today. The poem reads as follows:

The Boston Globe's
filter
and the Washington Post's Connolly out of
kilter.

I would be interested to hear what Tarzana Joe has to say about this. As I see it, the metrical cadence is terrible, the parallel imagry of two newspapers is, at best, symetrical, the word "Connolly" is superfluous....but at least there is a rhyme.

I am reminded of my favorite public poem from Logan, Utah:

City Center
Parking--Enter

Keep trying, Hugh. Two strikes left!
