BBC Puts "Quote" Marks In the Wrong Place
A BBC News article carries this headline, "Drug Baron" Escapes Mexico Jail.
Given that this is the second such incident this week I suggest that the quote marks would have better put to use as follows: Drug Baron "Escapes" Mexico Jail.
Even in Mexico I do not expect that it is easy to bust out of a high security prison. Unless, of course, you are assisted by a "wink" and a "nod."
