The best man won.

The best team lost.

It all came down to two fourth downs.

USC failed.

Texas Succeeded.

Never in my life have I seen one player dominate a game like Vince Young did for Texas tonight.

I am, of course, disappointed that USC did not win.

Even so, as Pete Carroll put it after the game, if you have to lose, you couldn't lose to a more worthy opponent than the University of Texas.
