Attempted Baghdad Assassination Caught On Video

A black car passes another and pulls up quickly behind a white car. The black car violently explodes. All this is caught on video. The date is clearly shown as October 4, 2005 (the day of the week comes before the month in most countries). The caption for this video says it happened in Baghdad but I cannot find any news reports of such an explosion in Baghdad on that date.

The caption also says "attempted" assassination indicating that the target somehow escaped. We can only wonder.
