Honor Killings Increasing Among Palestinians

BBC News has released a short update on the recent spate of so-called "honor killings" in the West Bank and Gaza. Read the story.

Note that "Faten" was from a "Christian" family. This in itself was news to me. I had not known or even thought possible that anyone calling themselves a Christian would do such a thing! Somehow (and this is just a wild guess) I do not think that Faten's family spends much time in church on Sunday mornings!

Whatever it was that led the family to do this ghastly thing, it was clearly not the indwelling Spirit of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
